Where SourceIT started

SourceIT began in manufacturing. That is not a positioning line, it is the reason the company works the way it does. Manufacturing is the least forgiving environment in which to run a contract workforce. Production plans do not tolerate an uncovered shift. Safety standards do not tolerate an unverified operator. And labour inspection in manufacturing is thorough, frequent and entirely unimpressed by good intentions.

Working in that environment forced three habits. They were not policies at the time, they were what it took to get through the week. They are now the operating standard on every account we run.

We extended into logistics, retail and data centres. The floors changed. The standard did not.

How we work

Four principles that decide most of the arguments internally.

One contract, one invoice, one manager

Every solution line you take runs on the same agreement with the same named account manager, who visits your sites.

Documentation before deployment

Verification, statutory registration and appointment paperwork are finished before anyone reaches your floor.

A named escalation path

Issues go to a person with an agreed response, not into a shared inbox. Site supervisors handle what happens on the floor; the account manager handles everything above it.

Reporting on a fixed cycle

Headcount, attendance, cost by site and statutory status arrive in one pack every month, on the same date, whether or not anything needs attention.
