4. Statutory positions change

Rates, thresholds, ceilings, due dates and eligibility conditions under Indian labour and apprenticeship law are set by notification, are revised from time to time, and in several cases differ from state to state. For that reason this site describes mechanisms rather than reproducing figures that would be out of date the moment they changed.

Where a tool on this site asks you to enter a rate, a share or a ceiling, the value you enter is your own. We do not verify it and we do not warrant that it is the figure currently in force.

5. Estimates and calculators

Any calculator, estimate or indicative figure on this site is arithmetic applied to the values you enter. It is not a quotation, not an assurance of eligibility, and not a statement of what any authority will ultimately approve, sanction or reimburse. SourceIT does not charge candidates a fee at any stage of recruitment, selection, placement or apprenticeship. We do not ask candidates for payment, for a security deposit, or for bank, card or wallet credentials in order to be considered, selected, deployed or paid.

If you receive a message, call or offer that claims to come from SourceIT and asks you for money or for credentials, please treat it as fraudulent. Genuine communication comes from our own domain and from named members of our team. Report anything you are unsure about to us before acting on it, using the contact details at the end of this page.

A link is not an endorsement, and we are not responsible for their content, their availability, or how they handle your information.
