He began his career in the BPO sector before moving into staffing, where he held senior roles at Innovsource, TeamLease and Yoma, leading business growth and workforce solutions.
In 2018 he founded Hands-On Management Services, and subsequently merged the business with UNH Management Services to form SourceIT. As CEO he led the integration and the growth that followed, scaling the company from a few hundred deployed employees to a workforce of over 40,000 across 200+ clients. His leadership combines deep industry knowledge with an entrepreneurial approach to building and scaling businesses.
