Proven where it is hardest.
Built for every sector.
SourceIT started inside working plants, which is the least forgiving place to run a contract workforce. The floors have changed since. The operating standard has not.
Six environments, one operating standard
Each page sets out the roles we deploy there, how we work in that environment, and where the boundaries of the service sit.

View solutionsThe floors change.
The standard does not.
A warehouse in peak season, a data centre hall and a pharmaceutical plant look nothing alike. What they ask of a workforce partner is very close to identical.
The roles differ, the shift patterns differ and the induction differs. The registers, the filings and the monthly reporting cycle underneath them are the same everywhere, which is what makes the stack portable.
What every one of them requires
Compliance held to the standard of the strictest site in the group, not the easiest
Cover that holds when a shift, a season or a rollout moves without notice
Verification and induction matched to what the environment actually requires
One reporting cycle across every location, however many states they sit in
What runs underneath all of them
The same seven solution lines, pointed at whichever environment you run.

Frequently asked questions about the sectors we serve
Do you work in sectors that are not listed here?
Yes. These eight are the environments where we have depth worth publishing. The stack underneath is sector-neutral: placing people, paying them and carrying the statutory obligations works the same way wherever they sit. Tell us the environment and we will be straight about what we have run in it.
What actually changes between one sector and another?
The roles, the shift pattern, the verification standard and the site rules people are inducted into. The layer underneath does not change. The same registers, the same filings and the same monthly reporting cycle apply in a warehouse and in a hospital.
Is manufacturing still the core?
It is where SourceIT started and it is where the operating standard came from. Production plans do not tolerate an uncovered shift and labour inspection in manufacturing is thorough. Working to that standard is what made the stack portable to the other seven.
Can you cover several sectors for one group?
Yes, and it is a common reason to consolidate. A group running a plant, a warehouse and a set of offices can hold all of it on one contract with one reporting cycle.
How do we know you have run this in our environment?
Ask. Each sector page sets out the roles we deploy, how we work in that environment and where the boundaries of the service sit. Where a case study exists it is on the page, and where one does not we say what the environment demands.
Tell us the environment. We will be straight about it.
Sites, roles, headcount and a start date is enough to begin. We will come back with what we would run and what is realistic in your timeline.
