The technology behind the work.
A workforce business runs on records: who is deployed where, what they are owed, and what has to be filed because of it. Two platforms carry that. Opus 360 runs the permanent and deployed workforce. Gigs4India runs gig and task based work.
Opus 360, the system the workforce runs on
Opus 360 is the platform that carries a deployed workforce end to end: onboarding and verification, attendance, payroll inputs, and the statutory records that have to sit behind all of it. It covers staffing operations, contract labour and vendor management, and full HR administration from hire to exit.
Every deployed employee gets their own login rather than going through a supervisor. Attendance, payslips, leave balance and personal records are theirs to check, which removes a large share of the queries a payroll team would otherwise field by phone.
One record per person, from the day they are onboarded to the day they leave.
Gigs4India, for work measured in tasks
Gig work does not fit a monthly attendance cycle. A task is assigned, done, evidenced and paid, and the record has to hold up afterwards. Gigs4India is built for that shape of work: onboarding and KYC for the worker, task assignment and real time tracking for the organisation, and proof of work attached to the task rather than remembered.
Workers find tasks near them, submit photographic proof on completion, and track what they have been assigned. Payment goes to their bank account once the work is approved.
Assigned, evidenced, approved, paid, with the trail kept.
