People join SourceIT in one of two ways, and both matter to how the company runs.
Deployed to a client site
Operators, technicians, trades, warehouse and store teams and support staff, employed by SourceIT and working at the site of one of our clients.
How hiring works here
Four steps, and you will know where you stand at each one.
- 1ApplySend your CV with the role in the subject line. Every application is read by a person.
- 2First conversationA call about what you have actually done, what you want next, and whether this is the place for it.
- 3Meet the teamA conversation with the people you would work alongside, and with the manager accountable for the function.
- 4Offer and onboardingA written offer with the role, the reporting line and the terms set out plainly, then a structured induction.
We never charge a candidate a fee
SourceIT does not ask for money at any stage of recruitment, selection, placement or apprenticeship. We do not ask for a registration fee, a security deposit, or your bank, card or wallet details in order to consider or deploy you.
