Solutions · Seven lines, one contract

Seven solution lines.
One accountable partner.

We place people, pay them, and carry the statutory obligations that come with them. Take the whole stack or start with one line. Either way the same account manager answers the phone.

Seven lines, three layers

The lines are not seven separate services that happen to share an invoice. They are three layers of one operation, and the order matters.

Workforce sits on operations. Operations sits on compliance. Which is why an engagement that starts anywhere in the stack still begins with the registrations, registers and documentation underneath it.

3
Workforce

Recruitment and staffing, NAPS/NATS apprentices, training, and the supervisors and account management that keep them on the floor.

Four solution lines
2
Operations

Payroll and facilities. Attendance to payslip to filing on a fixed monthly calendar, and the upkeep of the site the workforce runs on.

Two solution lines
1
Compliance

CLRA, PF, ESIC, Shops and Establishments and the state rules underneath them. Registers current, filings on time, inspection support on the day.

The foundation

What is the same on every account

However many lines you take, and whichever sector you run in, four things do not change.

One contract, one invoice

Take the whole stack or start with one line. Either way it is a single agreement and a single monthly invoice, not one per service.

Documentation before deployment

Registrations, registers and the paperwork that an inspection asks for are in place before the first person reaches your site.

A named account manager

One person who knows your sites, your roles and your reporting cycle, with site supervisors underneath them.

A fixed reporting cycle

Headcount, attrition, compliance status and open actions in one pack, on the same date every month.

Frequently asked questions about working with us

Can we start with one solution line and add others later?

Yes. Plenty of engagements start with one or two lines, usually compliance or staffing, and extend once the reporting cycle is running. Adding a line does not restart the commercial relationship: it is an addition to the same contract with the same account manager.

Does taking more than one line mean more than one contract?

No. Seven solution lines run on one contract, one invoice and one point of contact. That is the reason the stack exists in this shape.

Which line should we start with?

Start where the pressure is. If registers and filings are behind, compliance management comes first because everything else sits on it. If headcount is the constraint, recruitment and staffing comes first and compliance follows the people onto site.

Do you cover locations outside your five offices?

We operate from Navi Mumbai, Thane, Pune, Delhi and Bengaluru, and we deploy at client sites across more than 100 cities and locations beyond them. Labour compliance is administered through state authorities, so where a state is new to us we tell you what that means for the timeline before we commit to it.

Who do we actually deal with day to day?

A named account manager who knows your sites and your reporting cycle, with site supervisors on the floor underneath them. Escalation goes to a named person rather than a queue.

How quickly can an engagement start?

It depends on the roles, the volume, the location and how much documentation already exists. We work back from the date you need people on the floor and tell you what is realistic before anything is signed.

Tell us the sites, the roles and the headcount

We will come back with which lines we would run, what stays with your team, and what is realistic in your timeline.
