Group company · Industrial staffing

Industrial staffing for the shop floor.

Integron is an offshoot of the SourceIT group, set up to carry industrial staffing requirements: the skilled and semi-skilled roles that keep a plant, a warehouse or a project site running.

What Integron does

Industrial staffing is its own discipline. The roles are skilled, the verification standard is higher, safety induction is not optional, and a vacancy on a line is measured in output rather than in headcount.

Integron was formed to serve that requirement directly, with a particular focus on connecting migrant workers back to employment after the disruption manufacturing went through. Sourcing, deployment and the statutory layer underneath run together.

Skilled operators, sourced and deployed with the verification the floor actually requires.

The roles Integron deploys

Skilled and semi-skilled industrial roles, across engineering, manufacturing, logistics, retail, FMCG and infrastructure.

Machine operators

Forklift operators
Reach truck operators

Welders
Helpers and general shop floor support
Where Integron works

Engineering, manufacturing, logistics, retail, FMCG and infrastructure. The environments differ, but the requirement does not: verified people, inducted properly, with the paperwork in place before they reach the gate.

The rest of the group

Workforce operations, facilities, industrial staffing and software, run as one group.
