Before Fornax he spent twelve years as Group CEO of Quess Corp, where he transformed the business into India's leading staffing provider, employing over 400,000 people.
Across that tenure he led more than 25 mergers and acquisitions, alongside the capital events that funded them: Fairfax's acquisition in 2013, the public listing in 2016, a qualified institutional placement in 2017, and Amazon's investment in 2019.
